The International Academy for Psychotherapy Science & Neuroscience and the affiliated “Laboratory for Psychotherapy, Neuroscience, and Robotics Research” focus on promoting mental, physical, and social health through research, continuing education, and clinical practice.
We are working on the development and testing of innovative, individualized prevention, diagnosis, and treatment methods through the integration of psychotherapeutic experiential knowledge, neurobiological insights, and digital and analog (“embodied”) motor applications.
Another focus of the Academy is exploratory research into digital technologies as drivers of innovation for therapeutic and institutional settings, such as disease monitoring, diagnostic and intervention procedures, robotics, and appropriate artificial intelligence (AI).
